The course was gripping, no less.
Among the participants there were six of us engineers, each with 25 years or so experience in design and development. The common professional practice does not make proper use of the theory, and engineers who learn from each other have been making mistakes for decades. The course was a pleasure, both educational and eye opening. I intend to instruct my team from now on to set up for each drawing a Datum Reference Frame-DRF, and invest time in examining the geometric tolerances that may be required. I believe that over time we will develop high level professionalism and competence.
Gili is an exceptional expert and lecturer. His command of the subject matter is remarkable and highly valued. The lectures are prepared in advance, the booklets are drafted to a very high standard, and Gili’s rhetorical and interpersonal skills are excellent. All of these allow for intensive studying in a pleasant atmosphere of a lot of new material requiring the rethinking of old practices by veteran engineers. Gili handles this challenge well. We are certainly facing a change. With your support, we will learn and grow. “

“Gili Omri, a recognized and experienced trainer with total mastery of the subject matter, succeeds in pointedly and interestingly delivering the material while using real exercises and utilizing up-to-date didactic tools. I recommend that any organization engaged in mechanical development complete a training program of this type.”

“Gili Omri delivers in-service vocational training in the GD&T discipline at IWI.
Gili Omri teaches the relevant standard, but what sets this GD&T training apart are his unique viewpoints that convert the learned technology into a practical tool that streamlines the engineering processes and improves the intercommunication between design, production and control.
The teaching is engaging and interesting to both younger, less experienced and older, more experienced personnel, from all organizational divisions. Recommended for all manufacturing industries.”
Doron Erez
VP Engineering Manager, IWI
“An excellent course that enables the ‘conversation’ between RND and production in a uniform, professional language, and provides both deep familiarity with the theory and the ability for immediate application.
Gili is recognized as an authority in the field, well-versed in the standards and knows how to deliver the material simply and in a comprehensible manner.”
Eyal
Engineer, Technical Office, ISCAR
“Thanks to Gili Omri for the high-level GD&T training that was delivered in an engaging and highly professional manner.”

Distinguished Expert and VF Mechanics Group Manager , Orbotech
“This course covers the field with a clearly defined program. The instructor exhibited excellence, both in his expertise and in his teaching ability. He has expertly combined delivery of the theoretical material with questions and issues raised by the students. Recommended for both the novice and the more experienced.”
Benny Hayman
Engineering, Bental Industries
“A most beneficial course for anyone who engages in design and production.
Provides the tools and the ability to clearly and simply describe designer intention on the drawing. The lecturer is very professional, and knows how to clearly and enjoyably deliver the learned subject matter, despite the very wide scope of the material. He brings many examples from industry and explains the approach to design or drafting using geometrical tolerances.”
Marat Kveler
Engineering Manager
“Gili Omri, who instructed about 100 engineers in HP Indigo, is a true master of the discipline and is a great instructor. The engineers came to understand how to translate the material into the practical application of the Design Intent. Gili has a charismatic aura that captures the attention of all participants, throughout the training day–most extraordinary.”
